Pallet Rack

Pallet Rack, a kind of heavy duty rack, also called beam rack, suitable for storage all kinds of goods, can operate with forklift and stacker, widely used in manufacturing, logistics and distribution center and other fields, including electronics, home appliances, coomunacations, computers, instruments, clothing, cars, tires, supermarket stores, etc.

Features

1.The assembled structure consists of upright, beams and related accessories, which is safe and reliable.
2.Large load-bearing capacity, up to 10 tons/layer.
3.Adjustable spacing every 75mm.
4.Suitable for material stacking and storage, which can make full use of the warehouse space and realize material classification management, and can be used with forklifts or forklifts.
5.Beam-type shelves are safer, and column baffles and bumpers can be added to prevent forklift collisions. Ancillary facilities such as beam blocks, layer plates, mesh beams, etc. can also be added to the beams to ensure the load-bearing capacity of each layer.

Starter bay & add-on bay

The starting rack has 2 sets of upright, and shares 1 set of columns with the additional rack, which can be combined infinitely according to the size of the storage space.

Upright group

High quality steel strip, automatic rolling mill in 12 bend angle, punching, and cut the height according to customers' requirements. This structure with strong bearing capacity and high safety factor.

Beam

Using a roll formed section beam, which essentially is 2 section of coil steel rolled into 'doube C-sections'. Also called box beam,which can disperses the weight evenly through the beam. Improve the load capacity and ensure safety.

Spare parts

There are accessories like pallet support bar and wire mesh, which are matched with box beam very well to improve safety of operation and storage.

Laminate

GDPilot steel laminate base with reinforcement design which inhance the load capacity, and it is not easy to deformation.
